Kaloko-honokohau honu health assessment
Laura Jim, Marc Rice and 7 HPA students traveled to Kaloko-Honokohau National Historical Park to conduct a health assessment/tagging field day. We were joined by numberous park staff and volunteers. The last time we visited the park was September 26, 2023. We were able to capture, tag and conduct health assessment on 23 honu (green turtles) during our period of work from 0900 to 1400 hours.
